Carousel, Royal Plaza on Scotts - Spring in Hokkaido (22 to 31 May)

Carousel's dinner spread will send guests straight into the heart of Hokkaido’s spring season as Royal Plaza on Scotts brings a whole new culinary experience to its guests from 22 to 31 May. Featuring authentic delicacies which are created by the esteemed guest chef, Kazuhiro Fukuhara, from Hokkaido, and Carousel’s skilled Japanese Chef Francies Lee, guests can expect an intriguing journey as they sample the sumptuous fare from Carousel’s seven open concept kitchens.
The highlights of the buffet include fresh air-flown seafood from Hokkaido, like the renowned Hokkaido snow crab, king crab leg, surumi ika (squid) and ma-tako (octopus’ tentacles). Please find below the details of the promotion.

Early birds who visit Carousel on 23 May at 6.15pm will witness Japanese cultural performances by the Japanese Cultural Society of Singapore at the hotel's lobby area.
