STOMPer Was Served Bad Quality Food from Kopitiam Foodcourt

Would one be willing to accept such negligent service and bad food quality? Apparently it took place at the Kopitiam foodcourt near Hotel Rendezvous and Hotel 81, Bencoolen. The stall is called Lotus Thai Viet.
