Carousel will be offering a special brunch menu in celebration of Easter on 12 April from 11.30am to 2.30pm. Easter items on the European counter include Oven Roasted Baby Lamb with Roasted Vegetables, Baked Braised Lamb with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes, Hot Cross Buns and Colourful Boiled Eggs. Activities lined up for the children include egg painting and treasure hunt. Carousel's Easter Brunch is available at $60++ (buffet only) or $98++ (with free-flow of champagne and house wine) for adults and $40++ for children.
